Terms of use
Last updated August 2026. Using the Renlow assessment means accepting these terms.
01
What Renlow provides
Renlow produces an assessment of how efficiently your business gets paid: a Renlow Score™, a quantified annual opportunity and a recommendation. It is analysis based on the answers you give and on published provider pricing. It is not financial, legal, accounting or regulated advice, and it is not a quotation.
02
The basis of every figure
Figures are estimates calculated from what you told us and from provider pricing we have read at source. Where a provider prices by quote, or where a fact is older than our freshness window, that figure is withheld rather than assumed. Your actual costs depend on your contract, your card mix and terms we cannot see.
03
Independence
Renlow takes no commission, referral fee or payment from any payment provider, and no provider pays for placement. Rankings follow the evidence and the methodology only.
04
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the answers you provide and for any decision you take. Confirm any figure with your provider or adviser before acting on it. Do not enter card numbers, bank credentials or anyone else's personal data — Renlow never asks for them.
05
Acceptable use
You may use your own assessment and report for your own business purposes, including sharing it internally. You may not scrape, resell or republish Renlow's provider data, methodology or scoring outputs, or use the service to build a competing dataset.
06
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of a particular result. To the extent the law allows, Renlow is not liable for commercial decisions taken on the basis of an estimate. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
07
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
