What Renlow does with your information
Last updated August 2026. This notice describes how the Renlow assessment handles information today, in plain terms.
The short version
- Your answers are processed in your browser. Producing your score, opportunity and report does not send them to us.
- We do not ask for card numbers, bank details or merchant credentials at any point.
- We do not sell data, and we take no commission from any payment provider.
- Analytics is anonymous and cookieless: no advertising trackers, no session recording, no cross-site profiles.
- You can delete everything held on your device at any time with Start again on the assessment.
What is collected, and where it goes

Cookies and analytics
Renlow sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The assessment uses your browser's own local and session storage to hold your answers and your place in the questions, so a refresh does not lose your work. Product analytics, when enabled, is anonymous, cookieless and hosted in the EU; it records only that a page or step happened. The complete list of events is: landing_view, assessment_started, assessment_completed, results_viewed, report_generated, primary_cta_clicked, feedback_submitted, enquiry_interaction. The only details attached are: path, cta_id, step_count, duration_ms, is_sample, returning, usefulness, concern, wants_contact, has_notes, interaction. Your answers, your figures and your provider details are never sent to analytics. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is sent at all.
Deleting your information
Choose Start again on the assessment to erase the answers held on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them too. If you sent us an enquiry and want it deleted, email privacy@renlow.co.uk and we will delete it.
Your rights and how to reach us
Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email privacy@renlow.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
